Hey guys this is serious before I went to Florida my aunt took me to the mall and so in account of that I was at my grandma's before and had a overnight bag and only one nice piece of clothing a brown flower dress. But when I put it on I felt so uncomfortable I felt I looked ugly especially when I looked in the mirror I felt uncomfortable about my body and I just don't know what's happening and my friends and followers are the only people I can talk too so please someone help me figure this out.

@ SunlightandRainFlow oh, maybe it's just the dress, idk, really. But if I may ask- are you used to wearing dress/enjoy doing it? (I'm asking bcs since when I was a kid, I hated wearing dresses/skirts, and still do now bcs I always felt uncomfortable and it honestly never been my thing), it can be ur case too maybe, I dunno
