They've been dating 5 minutes in the public eye and already whilst there is predominantly support. People have been calling Jennie a slut and kai a man whore who just wants a good time.
          
          Can people not love anymore? When did everything become about sex?

It's been confirmed that kai and Jennie are dating! Still not pleased with dispatch but I'm happy for them!

          I hate Jennie but like. YG are gonna fucking kill her whether it is true or not because of their fucked up policy about no dating and male and female idol things.
          
          Also, are men and women no longer allowed to be Friends? The members of exo, blackpink and other boy and girl groups have large amounts of skinship, but as soon as a male and female idols ( who are most likely just friends) have skin ship they're "dating".
          
          Furthermore, why is it every year dispatch decided that kai is doing something that the company or some fans wouldn't like. For example:
          . at the start off a new year he's always apparently "dating" a female idol he has either few interactions or maybe even a small friendship with
          
          . then around half way through the year they claim to spot him smoking or doing some form of drugs
          
          . they then decide to start bullying the girl they decided he was dating into being hated my EXO-L and other fandom's
          
          . then they decided to bang put some article about how the "couple" haven't seen in each other in months and must have "broken up"
          
          
          Its just so fucked up, I by no means like Jennie but, she will be absolutely destroyed ( as is every female idol the second she dates or is friends with a popular male idol) and risks being kicked from the company. And kai faces backlash from immature blinks who would most likely blame him for the trouble Jennie will most likely have.
          
          
          Rumours like these (true or not) can destroy platonic relationships between friends or even tarnish potential real relationships in the future between our favourite male and female idols.
          
          
          Sorry for the rant it just really pissed me off and had to be said.
