What is a DID system?
DID (short for dissociative identity disorder) is a disorder that forms to complex trauma before the ages of 6-9, this trauma causes the brain unable to form 1 complete personality so it instead forms Multiple, different personalities; these are what are called alters/head-mates.  Alters can be as unique and different as the host themselves, ranging from normal everyday people to fantasy creatures, fiction charecter, animals and even objects.
