Skye's love of reading and writing started at a young age when she was inspired by fellow Ohio native, R.L. Stine, to release her imagination by putting her own pen to paper. Prior to pursuing writing full-time, Skye received a B.A. and M.A. in History and participated in numerous local history projects including a full-length Civil War documentary for Western Reserve PBS.
