Random Indian game many of us grow up playing becuz I'm bored.

Antachadi (pronounced: Un-tāc-ch-a-di or smth) (the 2nd 'a' is pronounced as the article, a. Eg, "'A' pencil") is a popular Indian kids singing game which is played in a group of friends sitting in a circle or so.

To choose who starts the game, one of the kids first goes while pointing at one of the other kids and themselves in the group: "Baithe baithe kya kare, karna hai kuch kaam, chalo khele Antachadi, le ke Prabhu ka naam" (Translation: What do we do while sitting around, we need to do some work, so let's play Antachadi after taking god's name) It's like eeny-meeny-minee-moo but in Hindi.

Since it's a singing game, the person which the last word (Naam) lands on has to sing a line of lyrics from any song if the line starts in an 'M'.

Once the person ends the line of lyrics, the next person after them in the circle has to sing a line of lyrics that starts in the ending letter of the first person and so on.

Quick example: Person1: *starts pointing at the group going one by one and singing*- "Baithe baithe----------Le ke Prabhu ka naam"

*The first person lands on person2*

Person2: "MYY HEARTS A STEREO- IT BEATS FOR YOU SO LISTEN CLOOSSEEE-"

*the next person after person2 has to sing a line of lyrics that starts with E now*

Person3: "EVERYBODY WANTS TO RULE THA WORLDDDDDD!!!"

and so on, if you want, you can continue in the reply section, I wanna see how wild it can get :D

The MP Government just said that all schools in the state will now have a bagless day once a week. (As a Madhya Pradeshi, I am very happy :D )

And Delhi students will have school off till 30th june instead because global warming is very real and India is on fire. Global warming is still bad, regardless if it gets you days off of school or not.

I'll now be given Saturdays off :D(happier)

Schools starting tomorrow. (Still happy :))

Summer's leaving already and I hate monsoon. (Sad but atleast I won't have a heat stroke now)

The most annoying kid in my class got promoted to eighth even after failing all subjects, I scored a 76% and my parents still called me a disappointment :(

The summer homework was actually pretty fun to do.

I love the new changes :D (not the global warming one)

Thebugonyourtable

@SkyLarnette you're no disappointment! And I'm glad you find your summer homework fun :)

            Ugh

I'm going to a new school and I can't remember where to find the reading list :\

A bagless day is a day in which you don't bring a bad to school (duh) and do fun stuff instead. (Maybe I'll take up the gardening one of they have it)

You play golf? That's cool! Take care in the heat though...

            :3

            :3

It's fun if you like playing in the rain. (And mosquitoes, flies and other pests-) it's also a good relief from the summer heat and adequately waters your lawn for you. (Or destroys it if it's a heavy rain)

Apparently his parents begged the teachers to promote him *facepalm*

            Xp
(Wait you haven't found it yet??)

            :D

Me: Mom, How did I end up with my nickname? (Kuku, pronounced Cukkoo)

Mom: Oh the morning you were born a Cukkoo landed on the window of my hospital ward.

What's with me and birds? (My granpa also calls me 'Chirri', which is just 'Chidiya' which translates in english to bird)

@SkyLarnette embrace the inner bird, sky. Fly through the heavens with your musical seagull squawks.
