Please don’t hurt my momma and papa!” I screamed, struggling against the man holding me back. He let me go as his colleagues released the hutches that held my parents captive. I stumbled over to the rivers edge as they went under. I couldn’t see anything but bubbles in the dark, murky water— I felt sick.

Aloha, little ducks! First of all, I want to thank everyone here for taking an interest in my work. I really don't think you understand how much I appreciate all of your support. Second, I am officially coming off of my hiatus. It's been a while since I last uploaded, but I've had a spark of creativity recently and have started a new work. I will release a teaser here in a few minutes and then the prologue will be up in the next 1-2 days. Once again, I thank you all for simply being a part of my writing journey and I absolutely cannot wait to see the responses I get in the future! ♥♥♥
