Sorry for being late I was just busy with my schedule so, here are some of my skincare tips :
1) Healthy Diet : Perfect complexion comes from inside and you should give equal attention to your food and dietary habits. To get a healthy body and flawless skin make sure your diet includes antioxidants such as fruits and vegetables, Vitamin C, green tea, olive oil and for Vitamin A, cheese, eggs, etc.
2) Protect your skin : Protect yourself from the external factors like pollution and sunburn. Use a moisturizer that hydrates as well as repairs and renews your skin cells against any sun damage. You can try the new 'L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Crystal Micro-Essence, which penetrates 10 layers deep into the skin to give you glowing bright and youthful skin.
3) Cleanse your face : Clean your face when you wake up in the morning and also when you go to sleep at night. Use a gentle cleanser on your face to clean off any impurities or dirt from your face to allow your skin to breathe better.
4) Use aloevera : You should use aloevera to keep your skin strong and healthy because aloevera soothes and moisturizes without clogging pores and using aloevera after washing your face each day may give your skin that healthy glow.
5) Drink more water : Our skin is made up of cells that need water to function well. The connection to drinking water and having healthy skin is still ongoing so, aim for at least eight glasses of water per day.
