BIG NEWS! My mystery novel, the one I started here way back in 2014, is going to be traditionally published by a small press in March 2023. It will have a new title, a new cover, and will hopefully be the beginning of a brand new female private investigator mystery series (if all goes well!) In fact, I’m working on a prequel novella right now and have a second book plotted. 
          
          I have all you lovely followers to thank for so much support, reading, comments, and general goodwill. Let’s see if I can tempt some of you to follow me here and offline as well. Will you?

Hi Peeps! I'm hardly ever on here anymore, but popped in to check things out on my profile. Interesting. Something happened with my short story Last Hot Kiss in September. All of a sudden lots of readers. Thank you to everyone who has read/voted/checked it out. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. 
          
          I'm not writing on here at the moment. I'm researching  for a new book project--a historical epic--and I'm not really sure what I'll do with it even when it's written. The publishing world seems ever more innavigable (YES, that is a word!) in this decade of the New 20s. I sort of feel I belong more in 1921 than 2021. Guess I've just reached that age.

Well, I've unpublished DISGUISED, and I hope everyone who wanted to read it had time to do so. I have several short stories (one almost a novelette) that I am leaving up here, but I'm taking my full-length novels off the platform to rework and submit to traditional publishers. If that doesn't work out, I might self-pub them or else just let them fall into my personal writing history as "practice." I'm working on a short story off-platform right now that I will submit to magazines. I do hope to do some fun stuff on here--contests and maybe the occasional flash fiction. HEY!! I wanted to ask like...the exact date when Disguised will be taken down. I'm in chapter 10 but I've busy all this week. And I REALLY wanted to finish reading it coz I'm already in love with the book.

A big shout-out to everyone who has been reading DISGUISED this week after it came off the Paid list! I went from about 20 unique readers a day to 105 the next and 214 the next! It's now ranking #3 in College which is a pretty big category. I mean, not like Romance or anything, but still...lol.
