Shayne Leighton Machova

LEIGHTON is a national recording artist signed to SPECTRA MUSIC GROUP, as well as an accomplished actress and the bestselling fantasy novelist of the Of Light and Darkness Series. Over the course of her career, LEIGHTON has amassed a community of highly dedicated fans and followers. Her debut album (produced at Power Station Studios) released worldwide April 7th, just two weeks before embarking on her national 'Rock It Like A Redhead' tour, hosted by How To Be A Redhead. Shayne will also perform live at the kickoff of the 2015 Orlando International Fashion Week! Her first single INVINCIBLE, a reboot of the Pat Benatar classic, charted at #2 on the Independent Music Channel's Top 10 Countdown (LA), and #1 on ReverbNation (Miami)! LEIGHTON has been featured in print in LaPalme Magazine, Vogue Bambini, PureGrain Audio, Vents Magazine and more! LEIGHTON is also a sitting board member of April Is For Authors in Palm Beach, which hosted James Patterson as a keynote speaker in 2014. She also speaks to students at various high schools around the country about creative writing, and her career in the arts. Her anti-bullying music collaborative, REMEMBER, has been submitted to the 2015 Grammy Awards. LEIGHTON and her husband, actor and model Frantisek Mach, travel to the Czech Republic every year to visit family. Her time in Czech inspires her fantasy novels.
