I can’t access my other watppad account , I think it was wrongfully ban since I haven’t been on it for a while , please give me tips on to reopen it , it had all my books

Thank you , I try with Wattpad help center but it didn’t help since they kept saying I violate the policy but I wasn’t log in my account for almost one or two months
