Yes ofc! I got a button up shirt and the pants and White at a thrift store and I died them and sewed them together I also added some black trim on the legs were he has it and some pockets I bought a wig on Amazon and styled it and I already had the beanie overall the cosplay only cost me $50 which is not that bad for a cosplay and I had to make him scratch
