how did you make your theme have 4 colours on the outside?

i first grabbed a picture and decided on a filter later I went into Adobe capture and put the photo there and I screenshotted it and then I went into insta and made the whole screen a color at a time and then y went into PicsArt and grabbed the 4 colors I chose and then I selected the picture with the filter on and made it into a circle and then I put it there and that’s it sorry if this is a bad explanation I’m bad at them but  hope it helps <3
