Genesis Six-4

My project 'Genesis Six-Four' started with my desire to give young Christians, and even older Christians,  a science-fiction hero that was based on the Bible rather than on a vampire or a wizard.    #Genesis64

The Bible is filled with magic (miracles) and heroes, so why can't there a modern-day hero? 

I also wanted my hero and my characters to acknowledge the source of their powers or magic as coming from the Trinity.

I've designed over 30 episodes so far, but I've only had time to type up and have proofed and edited just six of them.

My three authors that have inspired me the most are: C.S. Lewis, Steven Moffat, and Damon Lindelof. 

I also use a lot of music in my series (so far I use more than 75 songs). For Christian artists I use: Skillet, Petra, Kutless, Mark Schultz, Laura Story, Casting Crowns, and Michael W. Smith for starters.
For secular singers I have: Journey, Pentatonix, REO Speedwagon, Kenny Loggins, Phil Collins, Boston, Kansas, the Beatles, and Aerosmith.

I would love to turn this project into a series of books some day if we had the time, but since the beginning it's always been more of a 'visual' device (more suited for TV or a movie) than a literary device. As I pulled together the scenes in my mind I could see and feel the character's thoughts, feelings, and dialog start to come alive. Whether or not this is interesting to anyone else besides my wife, myself and a few close friends remains to be seen.
