I'm staying in a flat with my friend for a few weeks, every time we have woken up, she goes to the balcony window and opens the blinds, declaring that she's "letting the light in" and then proceeds to glare at me, knowing full well have I haven't updated it in months.
Working on a Naoya Zenin book.
First chapter already has 7K words, but I’m aiming towards it having 15-20K once it’s finished.
What do you guys think about reading longer chapters?
For contrast, typically my shorter chapters are around 500 words.
My usually longer chapters are 1000, my longest single chapter being just under 2000 words.
This is a very big switch comparing to how I usually write.
For a bit more detail:
500 words: 2.5 minute read
1000 words: 5 minute read
7000 words: 35 minutes
15 000 words: 1 hour 25 minutes
Also, it’s a 6 part book.
I couldn’t estimate the length of the following chapters, hopefully they’ll be of a similar length but I can’t guarantee that.
The first chapter covers a lot of the story and is the most important in the whole book.
I won’t post it until all chapters are finished, and after that I’ll post one chapter of it per week.
I have been very quiet and seemingly inactive.
I’m actually working on a new book with a first chapter of 5K words, which is something I haven’t done on this account before.
This story will take a long time, I estimate that all four chapters will be completed by August just because it follows real events that will unfold soon.
In the meantime, please hold out for me!
The end of THE DESERT OF ASH has come. I am so happy to have finally finished that book.
Along with IS THERE SOMEONE ELSE? both are my longest book in accordance to number of chapters.

Hello Bug Nation!
Your dearest, your kindest and your beloved South has made her return. After an eventful exam season, they have concluded and I can finally return to my second job, writing fan fiction.
If you couldn’t tell, I have been updating slowly and more recently been putting in time and pumping out updates like a machine.
I mean chapter 7 of GOOD LUCK, BABE! was a TWO THOUSAND (2k) WORD MASTERPIECE that I wrote in one sitting on a Monday night.
I’m really going to try and stay consistent this time seeing that I have some time before I write my final exams in October, then I’m all yours.
My main issue? Motivation and being overwhelmed.
However I hope to please my audience of nearly 200 followers! What an achievement!
Talking about achievements, ONE OF THE GIRLS is about to reach 60k reads, thank you all so much!

Putting out a statement before you guys start planning my funeral:
I haven’t been active, I know that.
I’ve had family, my own birthday and so much going on thay I simply haven’t had time to write.
This month I will be studying for my external exams and will be under incredible pressure.
I also warn you that the same thing will happen in September.
So what does this mean?
Chances are, I will not write at all.
However there is a possibility of there being a spontaneous update here and there, but then again I am studying and I need you guys to bare with me while I’m going through this time in my life.
If people who do not already follow me comment on my books asking for an update, please let them know on my behalf that I am sorry and that I am currently studying.
I will try and reply to comments as they come, but right now I’m just trying to pass these exams. :’)
