my anxiety is so bad that i had to look for an excuse to go up the starbucks my cousin works at in the rest stop i literally found an ungodly small piece of a ketchup packet and walked up to the garbage can near it hoping she would see me just so i could ask for a stupid coffee- and then that didn’t work because i panicked after throwing it out and sat back down and looked for another piece of garbage and then went back over threw that out was gonna panic again and go sit back down but then she saw me and i now have my coffee
