I Don't wanna sound whiny but I'd recommend changing the deadline from August 31st to July 30th because then we only have a little bit less than three months to wait?

I've got a few questions about this place that I couldn't find the answers to :)
          
          1] Are we allowed to enter incomplete stories that we know will be completed by the deadline?
          
          - and -
          
          2] Is the awards just limited to Sword Art Online, or can the books be for SAO II as well?
