At some point I’ll get around to posting that Lawless Love update to provide some closure. But in the meantime, I’m not gonna be active here really, but I am on discord, Tumblr, where I am the same username, and on Ao3 where my user is mentallypettingfluffyvampires. Feel free to go check me out there if you like. Not making Ninjago content but I’m looking to get back into drawing and writing.
I am going to make an update on where I’ve been, and the fact that I don’t have the motivation or resources to finish Lawless Love (the update will be a part within the book detailing what I can remember of where the story would have gone). I am sad to admit this after so many years, but Wattpad has absolutely left my brain for the most part with so much going on. How do you leave burnout? I've been in it for like a year and a half, haven't written anything, haven't come up with any ideas, drawn barely any.
I’m very unsure if I’m ever gonna write again, I plan to try to write on lawless love but if it’s bad I probably won’t post it.
@RubyRed883 There's definitely seasons where writing comes and seasons it doesn't. These last couple years have been crazy let alone real life curve balls that may come along. Write, don't write, put on pause... things are going to come and go. I've definitely enjoyed your stories over the years but you getting joy out of writing is important. It is easy to be critical of our own work, but what's written can be edited. Just getting thoughts/ideas/feelings out on paper is way more difficult than polishing it up, since with editing there's something to edit. I would just recommend you not give up entirely on writing, even if only you are ever the one who sees what's written <3
So I know it’s been about…eight months or more. I’m sorry. After getting busy with friends and school and actually somehow finding love, I abandoned most of my hobbies. I was still drawing barely, but writing and reading fell to the wayside. But yesterday I reread Lawless Love and I’ve decided at the very least I wanna start back writing it, even if I’m bad at it. So, expect an update in the next few days. And online friends, please send me your current main book that you want me to read/give feedback on.
@RubyRed883 It's ok if you haven't been writing for a while, I still read over your books and they made me happy, your books are just great. Congrats on getting a relationship, I haven't got one but I am still happy that you got one :)
Oh my god it’s been so long. I kind of abandoned my hobbies after gaining friends and an ACTUAL RELATIONSHIP somehow, but I think I’m gonna get back into it here in a day or two. I still have the outline for lawless love and the ideas in my head for the other books, I just hope I’m still good at writing their POVs.
