I ship the villain and hero. It's actually sad the heroine x villain paring is more common than hero x villianess. Its more like she gets abused by him, but I don't mind if it's gay or lesbian, I still ship it. I like the bizarre connections and the hatred between the two. Also, I would think the hero would try to understand the villain better (Because most of them had dark and tragic past), and break the shell, and soften their feeling. They are polar opposites, the light and dark. and to quote from a website, 'One has the power to do whatever he wants and doesn't for the sake of who he wants to be and the people he cares about. The other has no physical power, yet still does whatever he wants because he doesn't care about anyone.' 

Shippers can also be irritating. They don't respect your opinions, most of them, and they're immature, and that's what bothers me the most. Whenever they see a ship they don't like, they automatically flame on it.

And if you can tell, yes I like romance, because not only it brings out the relationship, it also brings out the plot. But I extremely dislike or, hate love triangles with burning passion. Even if my favorite character is in the center.

I have tons of my favorite character, but usually I like to torture them. Sexually. My favorite characters are my unlucky victims. It's a way of showing my love.

And usually, I find the ideas of fan characters irritating, I used to be a big fan of it, but now... It's annoying. Most of them are junk anyway.
