Well dear Emily I thank you for your message and as I said school, school, school. I am one of those many who quit school early, in my case the 9th grade to work and help support our one parent (mom) and 5 other siblings. Of course I did gain my GED (gen.ed.diploma) upon entering the Navy and the knowledge of life around the world. In school or out I have found every day is a learning experience. Your writings and stories are wonderful but never quit learning. Never lose the thirst for knowledge.
Oh ya , you sound like you've been talking to my mom or sister. They still call me "BOBBY". You sound like an old and true friend as there are few in life that call me by my childhood name. I thank you for the smile that put in my life.
Always your fan, always your friend.Bobby, wonderful.

It's fine, no worries, sorry for the lag in replies - assignments, once more.
How old were you at 9th grade? I'm guessing about 15/16? So about year eleven in the UK? Lots of my family left school around that age too to work for their families around that time, I guess nowadays with rules and restrictions the earliest you can leave is 16, soon to be 18 when the law changes.

The Navy must've been a real eye-opener, travelling the world must've been great. I'm still searching between the MOD and civilian jobs, both areas specialising in science. But I'm not sure yet, still got university to battle.

Hahaha, nope sorry, never met them, I'm sure they're lovely people like you though. :)

          	  As always, all the best.
          	  Your friend,
          	  -E.C.Cooledge. :) x

Hi Robert, Thanks for adding Nina Swift. Nice to still see you around even though I'm not publishing much on Wattpad at the moment. Nina Swift is currently being serialised at Jukepopserials.com where you can get a free account if you wish to still follow her adventures (I could do with the votes). I am in the final 10 chapters of the story and once finished will immediately launch into a sequel.

In the mean time, I'm also working on a new epic called Shades of Tomorrow (I had this in concept form when CWTV launched the new Tomorrow People along similar lines - most annoying - although I did enjoy the original 1970's series ), bits of which will appear on Wattpad from time to time.

Dear Em, as much as you love to write and as much as I and all your fans and followers love your updates we are patient. Your schooling takes priority. Be a sponge. Suck up all the knowledge you can. You are the future. I think like myself many of your fans are the past just trying to keep up with such a fast changing high speed world. When I was your age a short written message such as this would have taken two weeks to a month to reach you. My grandmother Stella use to tell me of her trip from East St.Louis to Indianapolis. It took 38 days to travel about 250 miles. Of course she was traveling in a Conastoga, a covered wagon pull by two horses. We can wait and except your updates as you find the time. We are not going anywhere.

Hey Bobby,

Thank you for your understanding, it's very kind of you :) I'm just trying to juggle school work and writing at the moment, something that will follow me to university or into a career so the best time to write tends to be in the summer holidays when there's not much to do.

It still gets me every day how much technology is changing, I remember when the first flip case mobile phone came out, and it was a huge revelation cause you could play games. Lol, nowadays six year olds have iPhones. It's sort of frightening.

I'm very glad to have your continuous support, it really means a lot. Thanks for everything :)

            -Em :) x
