It's no secret that I don't post on this account anymore. I grew and changed, and my writing voice changed with me. I still love fandoms, but I just can't keep writing the same old cheesy fanfictions forever. I started this account when I was a sad, depressed kid in high school going through my parents' divorce and dealing with a lot of other stuff. Writing fan fictions was my outlet. I did it to escape my terrible home life, and because I had a really unhealthy view of relationships. Just read Goddess of Love if you want proof of that. It's an awful book with really toxic themes. Anyway, I'm now an adult with a college degree and a real job as a ranch hand in Texas. I never stopped writing, but I didn't really publish anything in college. My writing voice matured as I escaped my home life and really began to heal from that dark time in my life.

I am now in a much better place, emotionally speaking. My writing voice has matured, and I have a much healthier view of relationships. With that in mind, I think it's time I start publishing work again on Wattpad. But not here.

I've moved! My new profile is @Alex_Morgan_Westerns. The new page is mainly for original works, although the only thing on it at the moment is a Red Dead Redemption 2 fanfiction. I plan to start posting original work at the end of February. I've found I have a real passion for westerns, so that's where I plan to focus my efforts, although I also have plans for some fantasy and science fiction stuff.

It would mean the world to me if you would give me a follow there. It's much harder to build a following on this site than it used to be, so I would appreciate any and all support. I'll even read and review your stories if you vote on my works there. I promise!

But now I think it's time to say goodbye to this page. It was an important part of my life so I won't delete it, but don't expect any more updates on any stories here. Thanks for the incredible journey, and I love each and every one of you.

Hey, all! It's me, Renner! This is my new page, and you can call me Alex now. Alex Morgan is my official pen name, like how Mark Twain was a pen name for Samuel Clemens. Thank you so much for your support, and I really hope to see a few of you on my new profile.

Does anyone ever think about their specific culture and then think "Wow I'm so unique!" I think that's wonderful. For instance, I think I'm probably the only fanfic writer on Wattpad who listens to Texas Country music (not to be confused with Nashville country music, although the two intersect sometimes), farms goats, and has a blog dedicated to teaching people about how farmers grow their food. These things are so different from my writing here on Wattpad because in the real world, I'm not a typical fangirl. I fix fences, deliver baby goats, and when all is said and done, I sit back with a cup of tea and a good book. I think that's wonderful. I am unique, and I am special.

So is every single fanfic writer. Our diversity is what makes this world awesome. How are you different from the typical fanfic writer? I'm genuinely curious.

I don't know how many of you read these, but I'd like to extend an invitation to you to do NaNoWriMo with me. It's not the same as Camp Nano, in that you don't have a cabin of people to help keep you accountable, but I'd nevertheless like to be buddies with you. Benefits include having me take a look at your NoNoWriMo stories to tell you what you could improve upon, or offering my suggestions, since I know it would be nice for others to do this for me, and I plan to return the favor. Plus, it's nice to have encouragement. Having people to help keep you accountable helps you reach your word count goals on time. Any takers? If you're interested, please drop a reply to this status or shoot me a PM. Thanks for listening!

@Imarvelnation There's not really a sign up link. You just make a nanowrimo profile and add me as a buddy. My username is the same as on Wattpad.

So I re-read one of my old stories, the one about Hawkeye called Living on a Prayer. I'm pleased to announce that I'm severely pissed at myself for not finishing it. I think it's the best fanfiction I've ever written.

I'm also pleased to announce that I still have the outline for the story, and I'm going to finish it as soon as I finish The Joker. Then I'll probably finish other stories. But Hawkeye comes first. If you were reading that story, congratulations! You'll be getting an update some time in the next couple of months!

In the meantime, I encourage you to check it out. It's my version of Hawkeye's origin story. It has blood, betrayal, mystery, and romance. Plus, its sole purpose is to explain how Clint met Natasha. If that interests you, fo have a look! I personally love that story, and I can't wait to finish it!
