Rainbend
In case you're wondering as it has been almost a year since my last update regarding "Hatsukoi", 1. Yes, I'm still alive 2. I'm still working on the fanfic 3. Progress is a lot more slower than I expected 4. I've made it until Chapter 5, so I'll take it as a win But here's a little snippet of Tsukishima and (Name) first-ever interaction in the rewritten version in the comment below. Enjoy!

Rainbend
Fed up with your situation (and wary of straining your neck further), you resolved to take action. “Tsukishima!” You whispered, hoping to catch the blonde’s attention. But still, there was no response from him. Raising your voice a little, you called out to him again, “Hey! Can you hear me?” You heard Tsukishima grunt in response, but he remained focused on the lesson, seemingly unaffected by your attempts to get his attention. Frustration simmered within you as you realised he was deliberately ignoring you. “You left me with no other choice,” you said with a mischievous grin as an idea sparked in your mind. Ensuring the teacher’s gaze remained fixed on the whiteboard, you swiftly swung back one leg, then delivered a well-aimed kick to the back of the blonde’s chair. Tsukishima jolted forward, startled by the unexpected impact. Swivelling around, he shot you a fierce glare, his voice a low hiss as he gritted his teeth, “What’s your deal?!” You maintained an air of innocence, shrugging nonchalantly as if puzzled by his reaction. “Oh, sorry,” you replied with feigned innocence, “I must have accidentally bumped into your chair while stretching my legs.” Inside, however, you were practically cackling with glee. Tsukishima’s glare intensified, clearly not buying your innocent act. Before he could retort, the teacher’s stern voice interjected, calling out both your names, “Is there an issue?”
