Quick question. Who exactly is Reincarnated God Deku supposed to be?

Dumb question, but I just want to make sure.
          
          In Spider-Deku, Melissa isn't going to blame Izuku for David's death, is she?
          
          I highly doubt she will, but I thought I ask just to be sure.

Seeing as this week will be the last week for Spider-Deku month, I'll be uploading tomorrow instead of today!  I just need a bit more time to properly develop the chapter to leave it off at the spot I wanted it to initially, so that means no Omnitrix Deku this week!  Sorry about that, I could've gotten more done yesterday, but I spent a good chunk of it with my girlfriend and my family.  Aaaand I got pretty wasted, so there's that too, lol.

Happy 4th of July also I just started watching the spin spin-off series my hero Academia vigilantes you ever thought of using those characters from that show in your Ben 10 my hero Academia crossover just saying it would be interesting and that's only if you have seen it and if you haven't I recommend it I only watch like up to three or four episodes it's still a very good show that's all I have to say about it is just kind of funny and action-packed
