          I started writing again recently after 3 years of radio silence and "Complete Isolation".
          
          I have recently started writing a new book called "Fight Or Flight" and its about my personal experience with Anxiety, OCD, Depression and Trauma. 
          
          The first chapter is out now!

I really need to write something. My depression and Anxiety has been diluting my creativity and motivation to write. Anyone else deal with this? Anyone have any tips to dealing with this?
