Bluegrass Chick who is a descendant of the Egyptian Princess Scotia. She was lost in a storm off the coast of Egypt. Scotland was founded by a Princess Scotia, and Historians made the connection. Her clan was the Scots, her new land the Scotland, and all the tribes united under her the Scottish. Her fellow shipmembers founded different Scottish clans, each with his own surname. Skip quite a few generations, and the people have paled due to the overcast skies not providing as much sunlight. My great-grandparents came over from Scotland, both of the Scot tribe, not that they have tribes anymore. They use surnames. My mother carried the surname of Scot, until she married my father, giving me the *confidential* last name I have now. I am a fan of Percy Jackson, Ranger's Apprentice, Harry Potter, Theodosia, The Mysterious Benedict Society, The Battle She Lost (Which older sister wrote and y'all should read!!!), and much more. I am currently in the middle of The Brotherband and Kane Cronicals, so don't spoil either. This summer I have set myself write the first draft of the novel I am working on, and have written a "story" of ideas I would like feedback on.
