I know this is late, but remember to drink a lot of water especially after a hard cry. Sometimes if you start getting dehydrated you can feel a little nauseous or get a headache.

It’s important to get plenty of sleep afterwards because your brain needs a bit of an emotional break every bit and then. Sleeping won’t fix everything, but you’ll wake up feeling a little more emotionally recharged.

If you have a pet, snuggle all the hugs out of them afterwards. Your brain produces the same chemical, oxytocin, for snuggling humans as it does for pets. Trust me. It will help.

Last but certainly not least, please find a way to put your emotions out there. Wether it’s drawing, writing or just talking to someone, it’s vital to feeling better. If your afraid to talk to someone around you, I’m always here and judgement free.

          	  Love ya, bro

@Philip_Eacker also if you’re breathing super hard and you wear binder please please please take it off I know it sucks not being able to wear it but it’s not good to be breathing in so forcefully and wearing a binder. They are typically not made for exercise and heavy breathing when you cry is straining on your ribs. If you do wear one you probably know all this but I thought I should just include it anyway

@Philip_I know this was deadass 7 hours ago, but after a bad cry:
-just let the cry happen and run it’s course, you can’t stop it or hold it back. That would be unhealthy.
-tissues are always good, or a soft pillow/blanket helps to dry you eyes
-eyes can and will feel super dry and scratchy afterwards so eye drops or contact lens solution helps
-try to drink some cold water for your stomach if you feel nauseous
-lay down and close your eyes.
-deep breaths (4 seconds in 4 seconds out at first, you can make the breaths longer as you calm down more)
-cold things like ice packs help for you forehead to just cool your body temp down a bit
          	  -try to just rest
-don’t eat anything for at least 10 mins, you might throw it back up.

I would like some explanation on the profile name. Don’t mean to offend, but I was unaware that the people that literally tried to kill each other (and one of them succeeding) were shipped together.

Ah, I see. Thanks for all of the information! It’s actually really nice to find out more and more about history. Personally, I find the 1700s and above to be a very interesting time, and it’s always nice to be enlightened.

hi dude! pheacker’s actually a pretty common ship. it gets a lot of hate, but there are a lot of people that ship them (myself included).

one of the main reasons i ship the two is the undeniable guilt george eacker had after philip’s death. he didn’t want to kill him. after philip’s death, george eacker turned to drinking—he consumed so much he caught tuberculosis (alcohol drinkers are more likely to get tuberculosis) and died a few years after.

the two didn’t have any real need to hate each other either, during the alleged ‘shit-talking’ of alexander hamilton, george never actually said anything about hamilton—he was talking about the party alexander belonged to. philip blew things out of proportions.

and finally, during the duel, (the musical’s inaccurate but still has george shoot) the people finished counting to ten and the two were stock still for a minute. then philip suddenly raised his gun to the sky, eacker panicked, thinking philip was about to shoot him, and shot him first.

so yeah, there’s more reasons, but i’m just seeing your message now and i just wanted to reply as soon as possible. if you didn’t know that people who tried to kill each other can be shipped, you should check out hamburr and leerens.
