I just have trouble trusting myself.

Am I a burden to everyone?

I promised to myself that I will cut myself everytime I made a mistake in life. I cut myself because my family doesn't appreciate the way I am, including my sexuality. I cut myself because everybody hated me.
          
          How can you cure someone's depression without cutting yourself?
