I think Micah liked Arthur and John. Had great respect for them even. 
          
          Micah lost his respect for Arthur when the tuberculosis made him look at life differently and he started acting nobly, but still liked him.
          
          John's hardheaded and won't hesitate to pull the trigger in most situations. Micah respected that. And like he said in the epilogue on the mountain, he really didn't want to shoot John.
          
          
          But in the end, no matter how much Micah likes someone, his own survival comes first. That's why the Pinkertons were going to that mountain. I think Micah led them there. A new century has come and he won't be able to survive it as a high-profile outlaw. 
          
          Therefore, as he has done a few times before, he tipped off the detectives. Only this time they would also kill Micah.

I just realized something. 
          
          Muslims call Allah all-powerful, beyond omnipotent even. 
          
          
          But they say he can't take human form. 
          
          
          Big problem. God not being able to take another nature while still being God is an internal contradiction that makes everything shatter. 
          
          If God is incapable of being a three-in-one being, he's not omnipotent. As far as absolute power goes, even the weaker ones such as Aesir and Vanir can take multiple forms while still being a singular god. 
          
          
          
          This means the god of the Quran and the God of the Bible are not the same. And therefore the entire structure of Islam is built on lies.
