I only post the important stuff to my message board so here goes.

It's ok to use rewards as motivation. It's not ok to use that to guilt trip yourself.

What is ok: hey, if I get this blood test soon, they'll figure out what needs to be sorted I'll be able to get tickets to a muse concert and I'll have fun without getting tired

What isn't great: if I don't get this blood test done, something bad might happen to me and I won't live to see Muse perform live

This mostly applies to myself but it could to you too. If you have a negative mindset it might make you sad, anxious or paranoid. Anyway thanks for reading have a nice day

Sorry for the notification but I feel that everyone needs to see this.

My school has a pretty terrible zero tolerance to bullying. If doing nothing despite people complaining about being bullied all the time then I do believe it's a rubbish zero tolerance. To put things into perspective:

-the girl who did her hair to feel confident is the one in trouble for fighting back after cruel comments left her enraged
-the girl who tried to be herself now cries herself to sleep after being laughed at and being the one everyone talks about behind her back
-the girl who felt like she finally belonged somewhere was left humiliated and no longer trusts anyone after her "friends" used and tormented her

Wanna know something extra cool? That girl is one girl. Me. Seems over dramatic but the past three years have been hell and people are gonna wanna stretch it out to a further four. I know that it isn't just me. There are people reading this message and they know how it feels. The name calling, the fake smiles and signals when your back is turned, the self doubt.

My advice to anyone going through this is fight like a bitch until you feel like a winner. If your school doesn't care about bullying then round up as many people on your side (family, friends, people who've been where you are). They have your back. If you have no one, I'm here. If you need any advice drop a message and I'll reply quickly.

          Kisses xx

Coming back to this. A girl did NOT get done when she was being racist to another student.
