Many people wonder what we mean when we say "It's not just a show." How can a television series about ghosts and monsters save someone's life? Because this story is filled with problems that we face everyday. We see these characters we love going through hard times and think maybe we're not so alone. This is a story of brotherhood, pain, hope, loss, faith, grief, sacrifice, love, and bravery. But more than anything, the reason this show gets us through our darkest times is family.

I don't see myself being beautiful. 
          I always see all these beautiful girls and think to myself, "Why can't I be beautiful like her? Like them?"
          Then I realized something. 
          They may be beautiful on the outside, but maybe not on the inside. 
          Looks aren't everything. 
          And that's when I realized something else. 
          I AM beautiful. 
          In my own way. 
          I used to think that I needed someone to tell me I was beautiful, but I don't. 
          And neither do you. 
          Know that you are beautiful. 
          Not everyone will see that you are beautiful, but that doesn't matter. 
          What matters is YOU thinking and knowing that you are beautiful.
