Admin: Confession time! I don't get Stucky at all. Yes, I have RPed, but that's because if I'm RPing with someone who's good and we can make it interesting, I'll RP ships I don't like.
The thing is, all of Bucky and Steve's interactions come off as more as two close friends who may even see each other as brothers. There's no hint of romantic feelings towards each other. Yeah, Bucky was always looking out for him, but that's what friends do.
