So basically what I think is happening is that after you sent a message whatever caused this is trying to duplicate your message and sent it again. If I try to send a message before the duplicated message is sent you won’t be able to see my message. But if I wait a few minutes after the duplicated message is sent you will be able to see my message

It’s probably cause it duplicated at the exact time I sent a message. It seems I have to wait a few minutes after you sent a message to send one For you to view the message
