Olivia Boler

Hi everyone! I'm a Wattpad Creator, and my story HEARTS & MINDS is a Wattys Award 2020 Winner in Literary Fiction. Woohoo!!! Thank you to all the readers and to Wattpad for this honor.

I've published two novels in two genres, a coming-of-age story, YEAR OF THE SMOKE GIRL (Dry Bones Press); and an indie pubbed urban fantasy, THE FLOWER BOWL SPELL.  I've also had short stories in a variety of publications including THE LYON REVIEW, MARY, and the Asian American Women Artists Association anthology CHEERS TO MUSES. Yup, I'm mixed race-Chinese and European American. 

By day, I work as a teacher. I've also been a freelance writer, and I worked for 3 years in a bookstore where I helped with marketing and running events. San Francisco, where I was born and raised, is home. I'm mom to two kids and two fur babies.
