@Officially_cooked i mean crying is like my way to cope ig? I just sit with feelings rather than trying to feel okay immediately, i will heal but i need time cause ya girl still struck in the first stage of grief which is shock i will be fine after my brain process this shit thanks for the advice tho. i feel like i already did it by getting back into writing i have 2 books so i will try to update as much as possible. @jennierubyjane221 hey, its fine. Don't cry abt it, bc crying wont make the past come back. So just, move on and trying doing smth u like to heal the pain a lil, cuz trust me, it'll help u. I used to have exams and a lot other things down my throat,and i did cry abt it at first, but then, i just did some hobbies and stuff, and the stress was lifted a bit. And dw, engenes are protesting rn, so yeah.

@Officially_cooked well at first i was devastated i cried and all amd now its basically the same i still am but iam not crying as often and practically i accpected that everything happens for a good cause and i should support them no matter what but i am still recovering i keep gaslighting myself to think im over it but im not
