Yes, I've caught on, it's totally ridiculous, but it stands for The Official Octavian Tremendous Hatred squad, in short form, TOOTH.
Don't kill me because the acronym is terrible.

Anyway, this club is reserved for people who hate Octavian. You can be a 300 pound guy who lives in a basement or a 6 week old baby, the only qualification for membership is Hatred For Octavian.

In this club, we will primarily discuss on why we hate Octavian, and come up with new, fun ways to disintegrate that little wormy wormish worm.
