            i always have a 1.5L water bottle that i refill every time i leave my room so i'll always have something to drink. yesterday was just unfortunate because i had to go outside with my family while feeling a bit under the weather and didn't realize i haven't drank much water lol

            and its super effective apparently bc I just brought a whole 1.5l water bottle up to my room and am now very aware of my piss poor water consumption thank you 

@hyururira to help with convincing you to drink more water, i'll try to describe the type of pain i was in
            
            it was the kind of pain that constantly stabs you on the lower back of your waist that makes you want to dig your hands into it to take it out, all while you're retching and trying to vomit. vomiting anything eases the pain for a few seconds until the pain comes back, so you keep retching until there's nothing left to vomit but air.
            
            anything you do hurts so you try to stand still, but just standing around hurts. you try to lay down, but even breathing hurts. you try to stop breathing but just staying alive hurts. unfortunately i still wanted to live so i have to bear the pain.
            
            all in all, i suggest having someone take you to a hospital if you ever suffer something similar. until that happens, drink more water.
