Hey there - I'm Nik Gomez, a U.S. Air Force veteran and writer who's always chasing stories that blur the line between light and shadow. I was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota, grew up in St. Louis, and have called Spokane home since 2006. During my time in the Air Force, I had the opportunity to travel to Korea, Iceland, and Southwest Asia - experiences that shaped how I see the world and the people in it.

These days, I work for the Department of Veterans Affairs, helping fellow veterans get the care and support they've earned - something I take great pride in.

I write supernatural thrillers, dark historical fiction, and character-driven stories where heroes are flawed, monsters have motives, and survival has a cost. My writing blends grit, heart, and a touch of the uncanny - shaped by real experiences, long nights, and a belief that even in darkness, there's still purpose to be found.
