          As per I understand is that dimension is a thing in which you can move forward or reverse. calculate and measure its limits. observe and repost it to others.
          As of now we can't do this with time so it is not a dimension or fourth dimension, but in future if we can do this then I am wrong and it is indeed the fourth dimension.

@Abstract_Thoughts I not so sure like Einstein said that time is the fourth dimension but there are many theories against it moreover I believe that our brains are trained to see only the three dimensional world around is which makes it difficult to perceive the other supposedly said ten dimensions ( according to superstring theory)
