Hi Charlie. Been reading about your sleeping problems. I had similar problems a few years ago and found something that really helped! Unfortunately I bought it in American when visiting my friend, however I did find something similar in Boots a couple of years later. The American product was called Nighttime Sleep-Aid / Diphenhydramine HCI , 25mg. Can’t remember the name of the English product, but it was also an antihistamine, not a sleeping tablet, and I found it on the shelf in Boots. Melatonin never helped me at all! Hope this may help. I agree asking for updates is rude but at the same time hard not too.  For example a writer neena d hope lost her housing and then didn’t come back. I know people disappear but I check in hoping she got back on track
          
          Also I don’t like it when people are so rude like correct your English or get an editor.  Obviously I do t like hurtful comments.  I try and be careful cause it don’t want anything I say to be hurtful.

Charlie I know I have shared with u that I work in a youth detention center and before I even put my backpack down I was greeted is there a murder babies update. Now that everyone have watched at least the first part of Netflix they are so wanting me to pull out lan zahn quotes.  You are know as his sister in a previous life. I just want to say though your Measure of Time is turning out to be a very enjoyable read - unexpected Murder Babies, determined yet innocent, with a light touch of humor! Oh Goodness, Charlie ! I need to thank you for the indirect help today. So today I had my Literature paper and I was absolutely wrecked during the test with 5 mins left and 5 marks yet to be secured. It was a diary entry, asking of a personal terrific experience/nightmare, and I had not time to ponder. But luckily, the protagonist of one other chapter was named 'Charley' and having solved that question, I immediately thought of Wattpad and then, you. Words bustled in mind as I literally wrote MDZS Cliff scene like the back of my hand as such- "my body went lax as it went all the way down falling and somewhere midway, the red ribbon must've stuck on a branch, that's good, atleast something remained intact...".
           This is so random and sudden for you, but you kind of do deserve some credit, so I thought I'd let you know.
