'Who do you write like you are running out of time?'

When I spy at my mirror I see two eyes, white and brown, staring back at me. It mirrors my actions and I am left to ponder, "Who is that's other human being?." The next day we are both doing a competition who writes the  fastest, I, grinning at her and she is grinning at me, both of us confident of this race. 

'Why do you write like you are writing to survive?'

I never backed down, apparently, neither did she, her fingers were going the same pace as mine; I couldn't out type her and now it has become a drive to beat her. I need to survive the race.
