Hello Everyone! I hope you all are doing well. I unpublished book of my previous works which were: "He Loves Me... Right" and "How to Fall Out of Love". Thank you for anyone that took the time to read or even just look at these stories while they were published. However, this year I would like to focus on publishing new content! I'm excited to embark on this new journey and hope to interact with many of you in the meantime.

@MarySimon_ Hi Mary, I wrote these stories around 2013 and have definitely matured as a writer and a person. I'll be publishing new content that reflects me as both a writer and a person in the future. :)

Happy New Year's Eve Everyone!! Has anyone reflected on 2020? (honestly, I have been kind of avoiding reflecting over the year, but feel a call to action now) What thoughts do you have about the year? What would you like to do differently next year? Let's mindfully reflect but also be kind to ourselves! I'd love to hear your thoughts about 2020 and hopes for 2021 so please share. :)

@LeWallflower Ok! And no you’re good on the length of the response. I tend to write lengthier stuff too. Lol But it sounds like you’ve got some good ideas flowing! Now it’s just a matter of making sure those ideas get from your head and into your computer in written form. Lol I haven’t read a good Christian based book in a hot minute so I’m excited for that! And I’m excited to see what kind of black issues book you write!

@melanatedmelon I am still ironing out details on the ideas I have right now. But my current ideas include emerging adults--so characters between 18-25 years old. I have some ideas that are faith filled and predict some stories will have a faith focus (Christianity). Lastly, my stories will probably fall under the "urban" category , so written for and about black people and black issues. (Sorry if this was a longer answer than what you were looking for lol)

Hello everyone! My name is Mari and I am officially returning from an extended hiatus. I am currently a full time college student. I used to be a part time writer but it seems that I haven't made room for this passion during my extended hiatus. I want that to change, and what better way to change that than to start back producing content?!
