Here we go with another semester!

So... Merry Belated Christmas... My entire family ended up with food poisoning on Christmas Day and were sick for the next two days. We are feeling better now, but it didn't make for the greatest holiday. I hope you all have an amazing new year, and I look forward to sharing more work with you all in the new year!

I've had some time to think lately, and it just doesn't feel like anyone reads anything that I post on Wattpad. I know that it takes time to get reads, but when the amount of reads hasn't changed in almost three months, it feels like I'm doing something wrong. I'll keep writing, but I'm not going to push myself to post on here as often, but if you are reading what I post, let me know. 
          I just want to know that someone is enjoying my words.

I did a thing... I kinda finished my first semester at college.

It's finals week! In just over a week, I will have finished my first semester in university which means 100% more time for writing, well, I've been reading more than writing lately.

I had some archived chapters of The Crown Between Us that I wrote months ago, but just never posted because I wanted to wait until I finished the book, but I haven't worked on it since May. I thought I would give you guys something to read while waiting for the next chapters of Joel. 
          Good news, I have reached the end of my fall season for color guard and I'll actually have free time for the first time in four months. So, expect some chapters soon.

This has been the weirdest week of my life. Between the election, having to write 4 papers for my English class, and somehow managing to finish a chapter for the first time in a month, I think it's a fair assessment. 
          Joel has taken an unexpected (for me even) turn and I have brought the sadness.  But for now, stay safe!

I promise that I'm alive and well! It's just been a slow few weeks writing-wise, but a crazy past few weeks in regards to the school work. The next chapter of Joel is slowly coming and I started working on Melody, just to get my mind somewhere else.

Hey, y'all! I hope to have an update up this week, but I spent my weekend doing very minimal writing because Harry Potter movies sounded like a better use of my time.
