Hi, My name is Melody and I am addicted to reading. A few years ago an employee in my favorite used bookstore gave me the nickname TheBookJunkie. I used to do Cardiovascular ultrasound until my heart and autonomic system decided to crash and now I'm disabled and mostly bedridden. I think I'd have lost my mind without my love of reading. Books are my escape from the reality of what my life has become. I have thousands and would love recommendations for any good Paranormal, Reverse Harem, or sci-fi/fantasy. I like mature and young adult. I also beta read for a few authors and really enjoy that, as well as letting them brainstorm ideas with me. It's a lot of fun. I've been reading a lot of Academy/Ghost bird fanfic lately, and wish someone would write some about the Veil Diaries series by BL Brunnemer! I love reading Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, Kenya Wright, Scarlett Dawn, Kresley Cole, Laurell K Hamilton, Shelley Laurenston, and many many more. 
Personally, I currently live in hot, humid, bug infested miserable Florida but am looking forward to moving back to Washington state as soon as I possibly can. I have three kids, my youngest boy is 17 and still in school, my daughter (18) just graduated (6th in a class of 350+ and with a 4.6gpa proud mama here!!) And is joining the Air force and my oldest (19)lives in North Alabama and has a good job and is buying his first home. I also have two adorable french bulldogs who keep me laughing and keep me company on those long sleepless nights with insomnia. I'd love any book or author recommendations!
