Hello! I have released my second book in the A-Z of Romance: Regency series, "A Ball at Basildon Park":
          	https://www.wattpad.com/story/350211263-a-ball-at-basildon-park

"In the grandeur of Basildon Park, where opulence and tradition blend seamlessly, secrets and passions are concealed beneath the glittering façade of high society. "A Ball at Basildon Park" unfurls the tale of Lady Beatrice Stanhope, a spirited young woman ensnared in a world of wealth and privilege and her childhood friend, Bryce Maynard an officer of the Royal British Navy recently returned from sea. Amidst lavish soirées and elegant dances, both hearts find itself torn between duty and desire. Follow their journey through a whirlwind of romance, hidden passages, and daring adventures, where love and ambition collide in the most splendid of settings. In this captivating Regency-era novel, can Beatrice navigate the treacherous waters of society to claim the love she yearns for, or will the pressure of being a family member of Basildon Park forever hold her captive?"

Not sure if you want to read their story? I have also released a short story by the same name. It is not necessary to read the short story in order to understand the novella. It's chapter two:

I'd love to hear your thoughts! I'm a budding writer looking to self-publish. I've noticed that people often don't complete a full readthrough. Without your feedback, I won't know how to improve, so you'll be compelled to read from start to finish.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my publications. I would greatly appreciate your feedback, especially from those who are reading my A-Z Regency books. As the title suggests, I have ambitious plans to publish twenty-six books! Therefore, I'm particularly eager to refine my writing, starting with the first three books. I'll be publishing the first draft of the second book 'A Ball at Basildon Park' today.

I'm definitely a plotter with a little bit pantser. I've tried using programs like Plottr, but I find that I prefer using good old Excel! This becomes especially crucial with twenty-six books, as a I must keep track of the overall series direction. I'm loosely trying to adhere to the Romance Beat Sheet, which works great with my fourteen-section book.

I imagine each story can be read on its own, but if I can gather a following, you'll discover Easter eggs in each book. For instance, a minor character in book one becomes a major character in book two.

In addition to feedback on the contents, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the covers. I'd prefer not to use images of shirtless men (I'd spend too much time ogling, lol) or a couple in a tight embrace, even though there is some of that in the books! I've seen published works in bookstores that feature buildings on their covers, and since the building is also the title, I'd like to know if you find my designs appealing.

An Affair at Apsley House -
"You closed down a whole park, so we could make out?"
          "Benefits of being a duke!"

A-Z of Regency Romance: Short Stories
Each chapter will be a side story to a novella in the A-Z Regency series. It is a standalone story, but when I start selling my publications, I hope to publish these stories for free to hook the reader to buy the novella. To keep it all together, I am publishing the twenty-six stories under one title.

To improve my writing skills, I've started a daily writing challenge. Using Wikipedia, I select an event, birth, etc. from the day's page (e.g. February 1). Though it may be from an actual point in history, not all stories will be factual. I hope with time, my stories will be more entertaining and captivating. I wrote a Knightley POV of Jane Austen's Emma. It's written as short stories for now, as I felt if I wrote it as a novel, I would re-write what was already written. One day, I'll make the effort to connect it: https://www.wattpad.com/story/326848976?utm_source=android&utm_medium=link&utm_content=story_info&wp_page=story_details_button&wp_uname=Melibau&wp_originator=1sRNvKpDfXV7%2BVavIWJh%2FNgKHOrEUtQrvcNB1%2BLw1HXn%2FP%2BMjjUyg0OD6mD6uEc3%2BacsSzwyH0Uz8BWG6YNGshcpwHvkzNgla%2B7eucd7t%2F4QdqI4rIGEU406AX1CK0Pv

I wrote my first short film called Splash! Not sure if I structured it correctly, but thought I'd give it a go. Constructive feedback is appreciated. It's quite dark, so read at your discretion: https://www.wattpad.com/story/332152037?utm_source=android&utm_medium=link&utm_content=story_info&wp_page=story_details_button&wp_uname=Melibau&wp_originator=K1FQQb3iE%2Fp0DiNcGKPzNfma5MYh13I59cnTV7Uq9l3j1Qpzbh83KUB3kGDoFXLFfm9Vr5iBnswGGuTYw1s%2Bvg0cb%2FCWKyZFWSqiQ2M3t2fQB488dWjcgnWVhRluf5h7
