Hello everyone,
It's been a while; a very long while if I do so say so myself. Anyway, during this long while, I've been doing some growing and developing.
I started a Substack too! *Does mini celebratory dance.* Anyway, that's not the point. This message is a solemn one.
So, in my growing and developing, I've discovered that my story, "Ink Love" just isn't my voice as a person. The story has stretched so far from what I wanted and I've incorporated so much of others into it that it now feels...weird.
Maybe someday I might go back to it and rewrite or turn it into a script or something, I don't know yet but what I do know is that the Inky Series is no more.
It was hard coming to this conclusion because it's been six years and I've put so much behind this story and I love these characters but it just doesn't belong to me anymore.
I'm focusing on new works, works that feel more like me and hopefully, you'll get to see somethings by the year end.
While I won't be taking down "Ink Love" I do plan on giving closure and telling y'all how the story would or should have ended just to be nice and formal.
Anyways, that's all.
