Hi, I've been reading 'My Ex Wife-My Boss' for a while now and I couldn't hold myself back from writing a review here.
Characterization: SO SO GOOD (10/10)
Personally, I've been tired of one dimensional characters that feel fake and so...boring. All they do is follow one of the popular tropes (not bad) in a way that they themselves feel like caricatures built for the trope instead of the trope being built around them.
Grammar: Mostly good (8/10)
I don't care as much about grammar, to be fair, if the book is good. Generally, the book isn't. This one however? Absolute gold.
Execution: FAST (7/10)
A bit too fast for my taste. The plot is well thought out but I wish we could have let the characters linger. If the plot does all the work then I feel the characters themselves are unable to speak in the beautiful quietness between exes.
I chanced upon this while searching for exes reuniting trope and honestly? The perks were so good.

Every Character (even minute side ones) is so fleshed out and real - no one is completely black or white
The Woman holds power (for me, this reversal of the usual book power dynamics felt really refreshing and well done)
Sensitive treatment of sensitive topics (I will not spoil anything but I love how beautifully certain painful topics have been handled)
Overall: 9/10 A SOLID READ.
