Oversped subliminals cause placebo effects but no real progress

@loveisloveish subliminals are supposed to work even if you don't believe in them entirely as long as you don't actively reject the effects, or hold on to something that the subliminal is trying to change (as in the case of mental-oriented subliminals- not enough experience with physical ones so I don't have a say). More scientifical evidence is needed, but physical-oriented subliminals especially for the long term take MONTHS even years to show major changes, and unless if you have been listening to it long enough or you have already objectively reached your goal it will mostly be temporary. Most of the affirmations in subliminals start with "I am" which is the reason why placebo effects occur, but listen to it enough and it will be permanent. Most research is done for visual subliminals which makes most of what is known about audio subliminals subjective (beliefs, theories, etc...) There is also the problem with oversped subliminals which distorts the audio and even though your subconscious can comprehend sped up messages, if the subliminal is oversped to the point where even if slowed down it is nothing but distorted audio it won't work. Also, please beware of the Solar Cultists. Those hardcore fans of Solar Subliminals

Hi, I'm Deepest Depths. I've recently seen that you have added my book to your reading list. Usually when this happens I am ecstatic, but this is a exception. I don't support your organisation and respectfully ask you to remove it from your reading list, and to overall stay away from me. Don't look at my page, don't read my content, ext.
                                       Blessed Be,
                                   Deepest Depths
