genuine question, does writing out scenarios ever help anyone with getting rid of the thoughts?
Say you have this situation going over and over through your mind, if you turned it into a oneshot or something does that help?

@MCRmyKilljoy13 YES. I do this all the time I have a notebook of thoughts for this reason it helps

@MCRmyKilljoy13 Writing can definitely be therapeutic, so I'd say it could help. The thoughts might not go away completely, but you might at least feel better writing it out in a different POV (esp in fanfic tbh)! Different perspective = different result in some cases <3
