I’m turning over a new leaf and only looking back at my Wattpad for memories and private messaging friends on here who don’t have any other social media. The only story I will keep published is my OCs and Crossovers book because that one’s actually funny.

          	Yeah I know, I know,
my East/SE Asian Problems book is the most read and the reason I gained a large following but that was in the past from when I was a teen. Those days are over now. Discussing controversial topics is important and necessary but I don’t want to do it all the time because it’s draining and it’s better for me personally to discuss it with close friends.

I want to become an elementary school art teacher and trying to get a license for it. Those who like my books, I recommend following me on Instagram: bobatealily bc that’s where I’m most active.

All the best to becoming an elementary school teacher!

@FriendlyDragon478 I only want to talk about race/ethnicity when I feel like it and when I'm in the right headspace. It's not that I don't want to talk about it anymore. I just want to discuss it with ppl I know from now on. Talking about it with strangers...you're more likely to run into unhinged ppl.

And speaking of close-knit groups, I'm not looking for new friends online anymore because I've had enough. It's overwhelming to have so many friends and you can't commit to all of them at once because it's unrealistic and draining.

I prefer to be online infrequently bc there are a lot of sheltered, out-of-touch, and socially-inept ppl who don't know how the world works on there.

And thanks! Currently taking the courses for enrollment.

@LuunaaPhase i feel you on talking about race/ethnicity. it really is a lot. sometimes you just don't wanna talk about it anymore, or you've grown to understand and handle some things differently. and speaking about it with people you're close with feels much safer and nicer sometimes than telling it to about of people online, no matter how well they receive it. i respect it. good luck getting your teaching certification and anything else you've gotta do to become a teacher!!

After gaining more wisdom and hanging out with real life friends more, looking back at this site, and reflecting, I now see there are way too many people on this site who…
          -are chronically online
          -are sheltered
-treat social media as a replacement for therapy
          -have low emotional intelligence
          -have no social skills
-have too much time on their hands
          -need to touch some grass

It’s like this in all social media of course and it’s why I keep social media activity to an extreme minimum and go on infrequently unless it’s to talk to friends and share anything interesting that I feel like sharing.

I feel like I’m truly living when I’m not on social media.

@Lol_the_lol Also congrats!!! I’m so happy for you!

I'm less active on this site because I prefer in-person interactions, Instagram, Discord, Pixiv, and Deviantart and I'm more invested in drawing, gaming, watching, reading, and other mundane activities that don't involve too much internet use. Writing is therapeutic but the formating on Wattpad is not effective for my preferences and I don't find it a good coping mechanism considering it involves social media which can worsen your mental health if you have mental illnesses. I don't like being chronically online.
It's a good chance I will mostly use this to message friends I made on here.

The Stray Kids concert was lit. First time going to a K-pop concert.

LuunaaPhase

@_thekimskimchi_ The concert was fire. When I first saw them appear, I cried happy tears.
I filmed them and took pics.

I was just reading an article on ‘why twilight sucks’ and omg— they mentioned ‘Catcher in the Rye’ since that’s something that would actually be in the young adult genre had it existed back then, and not using it to create a dumb ‘read’ -yes, I agree, but seeing someone comparing Twilight and Catcher in the Rye is just— Migraines.

LuunaaPhase

@YesIShipSoukoku People sure love to compare classic novels with Twilight smh. Um...Twilight isn’t even on the same level of acclaim novel-wise as The Catcher in the Rye. The same applies film-wise. It’s NOT on the same level of acclaim as the legendary films like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Sound of Music, Jurassic Park, etc.

What’s next? Someone’s going to compare Twilight with Anne of Green Gables?
