Words are the most powerful tool in our civilization. You shouldn't throw them out willy nilly. It can strike one's heart. It may bring tears to their eyes. It can lower and raise one's self esteem. You should be careful of what u say to others. They can stab you back and cause you the same pain. Words can solve a conflict between friends. It doesn't need to get physical.
