          Also does anyone else's depression just kick in at a certain time everyday and make you confused if you really are depressed or just habit at this point? 
          Because mine always activates around 9 in the evening when my day fucking ends. It's like "your regularly scheduled built up regrets of the day will play back in your brain now. This will dissappear when school starts tomorrow so that you look semi-normal in front of classmates and nobody will believe you if you tell then you are in fact depressed. Have a good day"
          
          Also my day begins at 9:30pm and starts by watching Netflix and sleeping
